I'm hovering at 207. I think I'll be around there until I start some sort of consistent activity.

Today I plan on getting Makana to help me tear apart a trailer I'd like to modify. I'll get some before & after pictures for that project. It should be interesting.

The best time for me to exercise is right before bed, or within a couple of hours of that, anyway. That allows me to be serious about it. What do you think? The only adverse effects I've read about is that it can some negative effect on sleep.

it keeps me up. i like to run early in the a.m. i feel better all day to. its just hard to get up an going.
