Anyway, I weighed 201.5 this morning! Yep, I broke the double digit weight loss barrier now up to 11.5 lbs of fat loss. Under 200 is the next goal. I guess if there's a good side to getting ill......
It seems to be a sinus infection, maybe a little upper respiratory, too. Getting better, tho.
Having to stay away from the wife & kids is hard 'cause I just want to squeeze them all the time. They need tickles & Daddytime.
