Weight loss at what they consider a healthy rate. No fast food. No soda-pop. Little or no candy. Eating reasonable portions & not stuffing myself silly 'cause damn it, I love to eat and tend to get carried away!

Of course, that'll like change this weekend because it's the annual SweetCornDays!
